As well as conducting High Court litigation under the Data Protection Act (DPA) 1998 to enforce subject access requests, we have defended criminal proceedings under the DPA 1998. The firm has also given Data Protection compliance advice and has undertaken audit work to assess and improve clients’ compliance.
