We act for individual landholders and home-owners, as well as local planning authorities, in applications for planning permission, principally on appeal before the Planning Inspectorate and in the Administrative Court.  We also act on appeal from enforcement notices, both at inquiries and in the Administrative Court.

Our specialisms include farm diversification schemes and advice on Environmental Impact Assessments.

Compulsory Purchase

The firm represents landholders and home-owners, as well as developers and PFI partnerships, in public works schemes, such as the A21 and A259 road-building proposals.

As well as acting for promoters of developments and public works schemes, we have significant experience of organising legal and political campaigns in opposition to them.
