Our charities work includes Chancery litigation and ongoing advice, in particular in relation to property management and on matters of internal governance and legal compliance. Likewise, we advise not-for-profit clients on their constitutional arrangements and compliance issues, such as risk assessment and safeguarding assets against litigation risks.
