We have acted for both claimant and defendant hunt supporters in claims against and by saboteurs, most notably in the Court of Appeal, substantially clarifying the law of self-defence. We have particular experience of litigation arising from equestrian accidents, on and off road, and are often instructed in relation to shooting accidents.
