We act for individual landholders and homeowners, and local lobby groups, as well as developers and PFI partnerships, in relation to private development schemes and public works schemes. We have particular experience of farm diversification schemes, both in drafting applications and on appeal, and also of organising legal and political campaigns in opposition to development and public works schemes, such as the A21 and A259 road-building proposals.
