Criminal and Regulatory
Our Criminal solicitors have over 20 years of experience of criminal law at all levels of complexity in a wide variety of offences including:-
• Breach of Firearms conditions and more general offences under the Firearms Act 1968
• Public Order and Assaults and public order
• Theft, fraud and dishonesty
• Animal welfare
• Countryside and Wildlife Offences included Protected species and their habitats
• Environment crime and pollution
• Road traffic offences
We act only for privately funded clients and all criminal and regulatory cases will be handled by a senior and experienced solicitor with years of experience of prosecutions and dealing with prosecuting authorities. Our first line of defence is always to seek to persuade the police or the prosecuting authority not to prosecute.
How our Criminal & Regulatory team can help you:
• We provide realistic and supportive advice at all stages of any investigation;
• Representation of clients at Police Stations, Magistrates Courts, the Crown Court and if necessary the Court of Appeal.
• We also provide 30 minutes of free legal advice for members of the National Gamekeepers Organisation and the Game Farmers Association
