We act only for privately funded clients and all criminal and regulatory cases will be handled by a senior and experienced solicitor with years of experience of prosecutions and dealing with prosecuting authorities. Our first line of defence is always to seek to persuade the police or the prosecuting authority not to prosecute.

• We provide realistic and supportive advice at all stages of any investigation;

• Representation of clients at Police Stations, Magistrates Courts, the Crown Court and if necessary the Court of Appeal. We also have an in-house Higher Court Advocate service;

• We can provide initial advice under our Legal Helpdesk which comprises of £100 for 30 minutes providing an initial assessment of your case

• We also provide 30 minutes of free legal advice for members of the National Gamekeepers Association, the National Rifle Association
