Simon Bell instructed to act on behalf of the Boston Borough Council Opposition

Simon Bell has been instructed to act on behalf of the Boston Borough Council Opposition in respect of the decision to enter into a "Strategic Alliance" with East Lindsey Council.  The "Strategic Alliance" is an agreement pursuant to s.113(1) of the Local Government Act 1972 and introduces a shared management structure between the two Councils, which is intended to facilitate a Strategic Partnership between them in the future.
