Our company has been instrumental in the drafting of the Protection of Badgers Act 1992, Part V Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, the secondary legislative schemes under the Animal Welfare Act 2006, and access and land use provisions in the Natural Environment and Rural Communities Act 2006. Members of the firm have also appeared before Parliamentary Select Committees.
